I bought a rind for my husband on 9/10/05. It was estimated 3-4 weeks. At three weeks I got an email asking if I wanted to switch to an in production ring which was canceled to receive it quicker. I was skeptical, as my ring should be just about out of production by now, but OH NO it wasn't even started.
I agreed to this "faster" ring and it finally shipped out to me on 10/24. Six weeks later... I also had to pay much more money than originally stated if I wanted my $500 ring purchase insured?!?! Coming from Canada, if it didn't arrive and I didn't pay extra, I would be out of luck... INSANE.
11/21 my inlay has broken. After a huge argument about what my nerdy apple computer working husband could have done to damage it in only three weeks they agreed to fix it. They sent a lengthy email about how to send it fed ex and at the bottom wrote you could also use registered mail. Well they originally sent it fed ex and 98 % of the email gave me fed ex directions, so I sent it fed ex. It cost $55! Then they wouldn't refund my money because supposedly they told me to send it registered mail. I finally spoke to Maria and forwarded her all of my correspondence and she gave me a refund.
However now 3 years later the inlay has busted again. I got an email back stating that this has "never happened." OH except it HAS happened, to ME... once already!
And their "lifetime guaranty" only applies to the titanium part of the ring (the inlay is silver and copper.) So basically I am out of luck just 3 years after spending $500 on my husband's ring.
AVOID THEM!!! Their customer service is AWFUL and all they do is lie!!!
