On december I purchase a 6 pices bedroom set at 699.99 with taxes and delivery it come to 863.00. I paid debit and the delivery was on december 22. About 2 weeks after the purchase. They bring the big chest it was broken. The the night table also was not even usable. The delivry guys says just keep the set they will replace them with no problem and I can use those for now. I was not very happy but well. When they left I saw the headboard of the set also broken and they turn it so I cannot see it. The railings not even the same color of the set. Wow I was very mad so call them to get them pick uop the set right away and they told me they cannot get the set until 1 to 2 week. No refund until they received the set back to their ofiice. Wow I miss all the Good sales AT THE BRICKS. Didnt have the money so I decide to shut my mouth and wait for the exchange and get a second night table for free. The guy who sale me the set told me he will call me back for the new date and never did. I did call him back and he told me they were out of stock need to wait until februare 23. So wait again and they call me today that they do not have the set until next week. And guess what? The second night table not until April. Wow Do not buy furniture from Sears. It's a nightmare. Unless you are very very very patient. Still dont know what the set will look like next week. Very disapointed. I decide to buy it at Sears because the set was cheaper than the Brick but the week after at the brick it was the same price even with bonuses because of boxing days... I purchased all my furnitures at the brick and never have 1 piece broken. What was my luck on a 6 pieces set 5 brokens.???
