ATB Financial Services 2nd Prize winner, Check of $4800 for taxes. Call claims agent John Miller. SPAM FRAUD Comp. & Check

I'm speaking on behalf of my grandmother. She told me she recieved a check for $4800.00 from ATB Financial Services and we went to the bank to see if the check was for real or if it was spam. Bank teller called bank listed on check and told us this was a fraud check and to dispose of it. My grandmother had an idea that that was the situation. When we got home I called John Miller (Claims Agent listed on letter recieved with check) and he said he would not be able to speak with me unless if my grandmother gave him approval. I told him the whole situation about the going to bank and the teller checking with other bank. He said this is not fraud. Was extremely rude. I asked for Supervisor and he hung up. That is when I looked up online to see if there was ever such thing as "ATB Financial Services". A ATB Financial came up and I called their customer service hotline, and the lady explained to me how there is NO such thing as ATB Financial Services, and told me the difference, than told me how ATB Fin. Services works. After getting off the phone with her I called back John Miller, and asked him why he hung up on me and he questioned Why do you think. And than proceeded to say "You know why, you are f*cking stupid, dumb B*tch, can't even afford her rent", and some other rude gestures. I interupted him and told him I am going to report this and if I can get a lawyer into this I would, and his company will be shut down for fraud act. Something really needs to happen. I do not appreciate this happening to my Grandmother who is almost 80, can barely hear and does not comprehend things clearly. Thank goodness I was with her at the bank and that she told me about this, because some crooks were about to screw her over. And for older people like her that is who they go after the most. So if someone gets anything from ATB Fin. Service report them and DO NOT give them any of you information. Also if someone can help me with getting them fraud idiots please do so.
