Winner of $125, 000.00 from Bay Cities Bank, Sent a check for $4875.00 to cash for taxes and send her back the money by Moneygram or western union!! When the winning is processed, my husband would then receive the final check of $120, 125.00. This makes me very angry since I know young ones would jump at this chance for money and then have find out they owe. Carol needs to be stopped!!
