This attorney is part of a scam created by Norman Meier, Jordan Shapiro she is the attorney that represents them along with Tecton Corporatin and Hemis Corporation. she has filed false sec reports. she has allowed loans to be created without resolutions from board memebers. she has billed hundreds of thousands of dollars to go along with this scam. she knew that these companies were shell companies allowed a pump and dump scheme to occur on each of these publicly traded companies. it just goes on and on. she allowed so much fraud to occur its not even funny STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
