The Owner Of The Diamond CO At Square One
The owner was rude and told me i was not a customer and he was going to speak to his customer, referring to my boyfriend whom paid for the product

Not only was the owner of the places rude and obnoxious, he had the nerve to say that I was not a customer. As far as I am concern anyone who walks into a place of business is or can be a potential customer. The place is overpriced and they provide horrible service. The sales people pretend to be nice to get a sale (they are one commission), but they are not willing to accommodate their customers.

I got a gift from my boyfriend for our fourth year anniversary; boy can I say it was a disappointment. He gotten ripped off by the sales rep. Was I peeved, I went back to the store and try to pick something else different. Was I floored to find out he spent $400 on this necklace which was a child necklace. Apparently the sales Assoc. help him picked it out, knowingly that this necklace had to fit on a grown women.

It was this tiny necklace; the chain as thin as 1mm, I am not sure if it was made out of white gold or what, but I can definitely say this was not worth the 400 spent. The quality look to be worth $50, at max it should have cost $100. It looked cheap. I understand diamond is expensive, but for what this was it was not worth it weight. The pendant itself was a heart about the size of a nickel with tiny specs of diamond encircling the heart. The necklace when I tried it on was so tight it felt like a chocker, I am pretty sure it was meant to be a necklace. It looks befitting of a 10 year old.

I tried to find something else, but nothing to my liking. I was unwilling to spend any extra money at this place, i think 400 should have been more than enough money to find something nice. Anything that was worth getting would mean i would have to spend atleast another 300 bucks or more. And the product definitely was not worth it price. Everything was overpriced and a rip off, clearly. The quality does not look like it worth what they are asking for, though they keep saying that what you are paying for is the quality of the diamond. If the quality was so damn great as they keep claiming they should have no problem returning the money, seeing as there jewelleries would practically sell themselves. The product was bought less than 15mins ago. My poor boyfriend, he tried so hard, but he doesn't know what he was buying and got ripped off by these scammers.

I have never felt so inferiorated in my life. The worst thing is that they didn't tell him that there was a no return policy, there were signs but they were small and I feel that there should have been more signs than just the one, besides what if you're Illiterate. The sales associates should clearly state that to the customer before the purchase that there is No refund, exchange only. I was very unsatisfied with the customer service and the way I was treated. I was alienated for stating my opinions and outcast for speaking my mind! The owner refused to even give me head office number when I asked for it stating that he is the owner and that there is no number. I found out from mall security whom came to get me that a number exist and I intend to call and file a complaint.

I believe i was treated in this manner due to my age, if i was an older customer i believe whole heartedly that the result would have been different, i had a hard time asking to speak to management, the sales associate had to go to the office 3 times before he was willing to come out. Than he kept telling me i was yelling and swearing when in fact i have not sworn yet and my voice was slightly raised due to my anger. Though i was not yelling or swearing. I came in respectfully and looked at things nicely. The owner intentionally push my buttons to get me to lose my temper by telling me to stop yelling and to stop swearing when i was in fact not doing so. He was unwilling to help or accomodate me in anyway. He was unprofessional for a business owner, and i can honestly say i will never go there to buy anything ever.

The sale associate that help my boyfriend had a sour face seeing him return with me when we entered the store, i had bad vibes just entering the place and seeing their reaction. I knew things would not be good. Honestly i have never been so turned off by jewellery, since this incident and that is saying a lot in itself.
