If you are thinking of making a deposit, STOP! Think again! STOP! Dont make the mistake I did!
I made a deposit of $5000.00 USD on Nov 23rd, where Marcel the Sales Manager said it would be fully refunded without penalty for any reason. On Jan 7 th I requested my deposit back, after that I also emailed him stating the same .
Its Feb 26th I still have not received my deposit back from them, I have been calling them atleast 4 times a day after Jan 15th, or even more. I spoke to Brian Daley
the customer Service head, Anu the admin Asst. t, and then finally Marcel gave me a call back after 1 month of calls because I called on his cell phone which he dint answer apparentenly his cousin answered . Marcel was extremelly sorry for the mess and promised he would take care of this immediately .
But STILL NO RESPONSE AND NO CHECK.
I have told them this would be the last week I will wait and then I am taking legal action.
I have the invoice where Marcel Co-signed stating that the Deposit would be fully refunded without any penalty in any situation.
The reason I have reported this so others dont get fooled like me, and dont have to run behind their own money .
I am shocked to know a company of this size, doesnt return your calls or reply to emails and has no whereabouts of its accounting department
