If you are thinking of making a deposit, STOP! Think again! STOP! Dont make the mistake I did!
I made a deposit of $5000.00 USD on Nov 23rd, where Marcel the Sales Manager said it would be fully refunded without penalty for any reason. On Jan 7 th I requested my deposit back, after that I also emailed him stating the same.
Its Feb 26th I still have not received my deposit back from them, I have been calling them atleast 4 times a day after Jan 15th, or even more. I spoke to Brian Daley
the customer Service head, Anu the admin Asst. t, and then finally Marcel gave me a call back after 1 month of calls because I called on his cell phone which he dint answer apparentenly his cousin answered. Marcel was extremelly sorry for the mess and promised he would take care of this immediately.
But STILL NO RESPONSE AND NO CHECK.
I have told them this would be the last week I will wait and then I am taking legal action.
I have the invoice where Marcel Co-signed stating that the Deposit would be fully refunded without any penalty in any situation.
The reason I have reported this so others dont get fooled like me, and dont have to run behind their own money.
I am shocked to know a company of this size, doesnt return your calls or reply to emails and has no whereabouts of its accounting department
either.
