Letter Says I Won $350, 000

Received on February 20, 2009, a letter dated January 18, 2008 that stated that I won $350, 000 which included a check for $3, 880.00 to pay the non-resident government tax. Not sure how this all is suppose to work, but it appears to be a similiar scam already reported for Capitol Finance. The check is to be drawn from Bauer Publishing Co, L.P., 270 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. This appears to be a legitimate company.
