I received the same exact letter from this company as Glorianna in Arizona.
The money amounts, dates, winning numbers, and even the claim number (SF-062-4726-RC) were identical!
The check in the amount of $4, 750.00 to help offset the tax looks VERY authentic, although mine appears to be drawn on Bank One in Columbus, Ohio.
I'm going to take the check to my bank and explain its origin. Perhaps they will want to investigate. This looks like a clear case of mail fraud to me!
