I received a letter along with a check in the mail from A.P. Customer Service Evaluation, Inc. (Secret Shopper Employment) The check was from A.P. Management in Omaha Nebraska in the amount of $2490.00. It explains what you must do. First is to call and activate the check. Once activate the check call back for instructions. Once you call back you get a recording stating that the caller is unavailable, please try your call again later. The explaination in the letter is to go to Wal-mart and make a purchase in amount of $50.00 and the same thing for J.C. Penney's. Then you have to get a money gram in the amount of $2100.00.
This is very much a fraud!! These people must be caught and stopped. There are a lot of people in this world that if they went ahead with this would be out a lot of money. Yes i deposited the check but that was all i did. I never withdrew any money from my account pertaining to this check.
There are a lot of people who do not understanding completely what this type of scam is about that would precede with this and be out lots and lots of money.
