Repeat invoices after product returned

Aftrer recieving products that 1... I did not order, 2... don't even use, they were promptly returned. I asked for our records to be erased from their files completely. I am still recieving invoices.
Tried to call, but there is never an answer at their numbers. When I called, asked to speak with a supervisior, was told no.
