I recieved the same letter as some others stating that I was a winner in the third category. I recieved a cashiers check for the amount of $1969.00. I had won a prize of $25, 000 and to recieve the winnings they had mailed me the $1969.00 check " to enable you to pay for the processing/administration fees without undue finacial difficutlties". After the processing payment was made they would send by courier the remaining $23, 031. The cashiers check was drawn on TCF National Bank, Minneapolis, Mn. I called the bank and found no info if the check was good. Under the check number was the name of the company that issued the check, Integrated Payment Systems Inc. I called them and was told the check was " an invalid item", In otherwise, no good. This is definitly a SCAM!!!
