My roommate worked for MGR Solutions based in Montreal, QC, Canada. Before he left their employment he was able to take their scripts and contracts as proof of the fraud they actually commit.
They are actually instructed to make up amounts of money to tell people that qualify for. As for their offices in Houston, TX, they don't exist. They also claim to have a main office in New York that doesn't exist.
I have listed their actual street address that is current as of 2 days ago as well as the number they use locally to contact their employees. I hope that it can be helpful to some of you.

They not only defraud the people they call, they also have defrauded their employees. As of last week the HRDC was notified of this company illegally taking taxes from their employees payroll and reporting that they employee didn't pay taxes.
