I came here on a visitor visa, got bored after a few days and just to kill time started to look for work. I came across this guy Madhan who said he would not only get me work through his consultancy ut also my work permit approved and also file for immigration for me. Anyway the agreement was that I would bear the expenses which he explained would amount to around 3000 dollars out of which I had to pay 1650 in advance.
He wasnt even able to show proof that he had ever applied for the work permit. But just informed me after my visa was expired that it was refused. I had been told all along that since I had already applied for the work permit It wouldnt make any difference even if my visa expired and my status would be adjusted within.
Please beware of such companies who skim ppeople like me off their money by giving false assurances. If anyone has a similar experience with this person or company please email me.
