Did Not Want/No Nothing Of This Company

I recieved this bill in the mail, I know nothing of this company and I never requested their services. The bill is for the amount of $524.48. I feel that I should not have to pay for something that I did not want. What can i do about this bill? I have tried to find this company on the internet, but it doesn't tell a person anything about on-line services. Would you please let me know if there is anything that can be done.
