I'm a recent customer to IIC Internet Online Storage Solutions. From the 2nd say of using the service I have had nothing but problems. I had problems uploading, couldn't log on remotely as promised and now can't seem to get in touch with Anyone from customer service. I've emailed numerous times and called only to be put on hold for over an hour. I have yet to receive Any response.
This service is a scam. Don't use it. Don't recommend it.
