CIA.COM
POOR SERVICE

CIA.COM the worst service for VOIP!!! My phone line has not worked for over 6 months, CIA has billed my credit card for the phone charges, when my 14 emails went unanswered I cancelled my credit card. In turn CIA sent me to collections!!! To date CIA has not given me a credit for 6 months of phone charges for a phone line that does not work.

Here is a copy of my most recent email... please send your complaints to CTV Consumer Watch!!! Save someone else from losing hard earned money.

CIA email address:

'[email protected]' '[email protected]'

I would like to express my complete dissatisfaction with the LACK of customer service CIA provides. I don’t expect that this email will be replied to because EVERY other email I have sent for what CIA calls “Help” on your website has gone unanswered. It is very disappointing after being a customer for a few years that this is how CIA treats a paying customer!

I have recommended CIA too many people over the years that acted on my suggestion and switched to CIA. After the horrible experience I have had with CIA over the past 8 – 10 months I have sent those same people copies of ALL the emails sent to CIA to have my phone service corrected, which have gone unanswered by CIA. In turn those people have committed to source service elsewhere; a response could have prevented the loss of business. With the financial market the way it is today one would expect better service. Further to that I have sent copies of my emails to the Better Business Bureau and CTV Consumer corporate affairs. Negative feedback on the internet can be very damaging to a company!
