Charges to credit card

I asked for a trial offer only. I wanted to send a check for the $4.95. They said only by credit card. I said just the one charge and no others unless I requested it. After 3 days, I was so ill, I called them and they said send the product back, no charge. they have since sent 4 shipments all returned and nothing has been done. They still continue to charge my card and send the product. Help what can I do?
