I too have had unauthorized charges to my credit card for this Green Tea product. I contacted my bank and they gave me a phone number for the company. I called the company and was told that because I did not call to cancel within the 14-day trial period, I was charged for the product and had agreed to automatic shipments and charges. I have returned the second shipment and supposedly I will see a credit on my credit card in 7 - 10 business days. I will just have to wait and see if this actually happens.
For those of you who would like to contact the company, the phone number is 1-866-540-9633. The Customer Service Rep I spoke to was located in Illinois. If you do call, be prepared for resistance but don't back down from them.
On another note, I used the product for approximately 6 - 7 days and developed migraine headaches, something I never had in my life. I stopped using it and they went away and after a few days, I tried it again and they returned. So if anyone using this product is suffering from migraines or visual disturbances, stop using the product.
