I had a written contract with Vanessa Vader of GTA Traffic Tickets to create a website for her paralegal services. This included but was not limited to Logo Design, Flash assets and Web site Creation.
After the Logo was completed and delivered I begin the site design. At this point she ripped off the logo and used it on a site created by a personal friend of hers for free.
I sent her an invoice for just the logo since she had breached our contract. She refused to pay at which I demanded she take the logo down or compensate me for it.
She is still using the logo on her site and I have no payment and no way to enforce it.
I tried contacting her web hosting company, the legal services of canada, the better business bureau and more.
