My dsl service is always slow. Frequent outages. They claim it is something I am doing. Support really sucks. The service is offline more than online. I had no contract. When I quit my account was paid to date. Now they keep billing my Credit Card account.
Telus installed my new dsl a few weeks ago. There are no problems. I'm out almost $200 with these crooks and counting. CIBC bank is going to help fix this or so they say. People should know what sort of company they really are. Telus is a big company at least you get what you pay for. Telus just sends you a bill. I'm feeling better with my decision to change providers. Watch these people.
