I am telling you all now... do not provide credit card information to this company!
I called them about 6 months ago regarding a paper project. They were very nice on the phone and provided plenty of assurances as well as discussed why they were the "leader" in the industry. They were so good on the phone that they even talked me into ordering 5 extra pages, even though I didn't need them. This, I know, was my own fault, but I gave them my credit card information over the phone for a paper that costs $400 US (I didn't mind paying more since I wanted it done well and right).
Over the phone, they did not inform me of any company policies, they just said that they were going to e-mail me an agreement to sign as well as a copy of my receipt to sign. I received this e-mail about 10 minutes after we hung up the phone and read over the agreement. The agreement stated that under no circumstances would The Paoper Experts provide a refund. I was not happy about that blank statement and contacted them about 5 minutes later to state that I did not agree with their contract and would not sign it and to please cancel the order and refund my money (I mean seriously, what if they gave me a piece of crap in an envelope... am I supposed to accept that just because they say they don't give refunds?).
Even though I cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order, they stated they would not cancel the order and refund my money per their contract. I argued that I never signed the contract and that I didn't see the terms until after they charged my account. They said, "unfortunately" we have already sent the order to a writer even though a month or so into the argument they stated that they could not assign a writer until I signed the agreement.
This issue went on for about 6 months. I filed a dispute with my bank, which I ended up losing since they lied to my bank by stating that I completed the order online and "clicked on a button stating I agree with their terms". They took all of my information over the phone and flat out lied to my bank, which caused me to lose the dispute.
I ended up getting something writted (ended up being a 10 page powerpoint for $400.00 since I needed it in 4 days - what a joke! Afterwards, I contacted them as to why their name was all over the project and they stated that the project belongs to them and is copywritten by the paper experts. They then went on to state, and I quote: "All of our papers are example papers that you need to use as a tool in writing your own paper. Since the papers are the property of The Paper Experts we reserve the rights to resell these papers as prewritten papers. We do allow our clients the ability of purchasing protection plans for 6 months, one year or a permanent protection plan. The protection plan for 6 months is $25.00 US, one year is $50:00 US or permanently $200.00 US."
This information was not provided to me until I inquired about it after the fact.
For the love of God people... stay the F away from this company. They will bend you over and ream you good!!! I have never been more upset with a "business organization" in my life and hope you all do the smart things and run for the hills!!! Once they have your money there is no way you will pry it from their evil hands and Aline Russo, the manager, I beleive is truly the devil incarnate.
