On october 2007 I contracted the services of high speed internet connection and phone service from CIA.COM (Cybersurf Corp.) through their website (www.cia.com)
I found many problems with them, connection, phone line, ...
a lot of days without service and despite that I had to pay the monthly fee of $ 53.
When I canceled, they charged me double and I paid ..
after one year, they just send me my file to a collection agency!
they do not even warn me, I changed my address since 1 year, but I kept my phone number and they never contacted me lose my good credit because of $ 52
After searching on the internet I have found that my case is not the only one; many people are experiencing similar issues.
This company should be stopped from robbing Canadian people.
I do not know what else I could do.
