CINDY NOMEE also known as Cindy Breland was recently an intern worker with us for 4 months. She had been a remote and distant volunteer on the occasional pilot project over the years.
We recently had her come on board this year with hopes of training her into a full time executive administration position. We even made the preparations to have her wage and teachings subsidized. She appeared at first to be trustworthy and genuine with her potential and career goals. She basically lied to us about her skill level, work habits and ability to timely produce product. Cindy was a 'paid per project' contract type worker and we invested much time and energy into bringing her skill level up to par.
Things quickly turned ugly when Cindy was not invited to work on a project that was in a community where she wanted to visit. She showed her frustration by slandering me to other team members while I was away and than she attempted to extort more money from myself, and my small business by demanding more money for work that she already had been paid. She even insisted on money for her own 'pet graphic projects', her learning assignments. When I asked her to submit proof of her so called 'unpaid' company work, she sent me copies of my OWN GRAPHICS WORK.
After her requests for more money, I demanded 'proof' of her work, she responded by holding my partner business equipment hostage (whom had nothing to do with any of this). Needless to say, my partner lost out on ALOT OF scheduled earnings. She knew the damage she could do by taking this action. She PREFERS to damage people as opposed to finding a solution. I had agreed to give her monies she felt owed, but I merely asked for proof of her unpaid 'work'.
Cindy is to be considered dangerous to any company, and we strongly advise people to not contract this woman's services. She claims she is a professional administrator and graphic artist, however she has no formal education, no previous clients and no authentic job recommendations. Initially, we had hoped she would set up our companies accounts and assist with our corporate transitions. She failed to do so and then informed us AFTER, that she was better with graphics. We learned the hard way, after spending a short time with her that she has no tangible skills to offer a growing company. With exhaustive training, we managed to enhance her digital skills but due to OUR expertise.
If you contract her services, she will attempt to bill you at an OUTRAGEOUS rate for an insane amount of hours. Any good industry professional can provide you with similar services (if not better) at a fraction of her price and without all the head ache. If you do not comply with her demands, she will set out to destroy you and anything you have worked for. Cindy Nomee will exploit any avenue to ruin your reputation and will stop at nothing. She plays the martyr role very well and if being a sociopath was criminal, Cindy Nomee would be serving a life sentence behind bars.
This woman will steal your business contacts, slander you behind your back if you do not do what she says. If you have already tasted this woman's venom, there is no point in suing her, as she has nothing. If you ever come in contact with this woman, keep your distance and protect your dreams and hard work.
Thankfully, all our other team members and our best clients have shown their loyalty by providing me with documents and evidence on her slander. I hope the others that she has harmed or will bring harm to are as fortunate to be blessed with real good people in their network.
