My 15 year old daughter has unfortunately learn't a hard and expensive lesson after having paid $156nz for her dvd's. These criminals have to be stopped and we need to band together to prevent this from happening.

I am astounded this can happen and don't understand how these people can get away with defrauding so many people.

Banks must be accountable when letting companies take money from credit cards so easily especially when so many people must have made claims regarding this company!
