Sent Check for $4, 950.00 saying I won the sweepstakes, but had to pay the tax charges of $2, 950.00 Ripoff

Received a letter in the mail today telling me it was a winning Notification and I was declared one of the winners of the North American Sweepstakes Alliance that was held on January 31, 2007 in the 1st category/

Said they had tried to contact me numerous times but were unsuccessful.
Says I won the sum of $120, 000.US dollars.

Sent me a check from City Financial Incorportated-8730 Stony Point Parkway, Richmond, VA 23235

Drawn off account at Bank of America-901 West Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28255

in the amount of $4, 950. being paid from a sponsorship fund as provided by City Financial. It was sent so I did not have to pay any out of pocket expenses. But once I cashed it I was to send the $2, 950 for tax charges through a Money Gram or Western Union.
It then tells me to contact my claim agent Mr. John Bull @ 1-647-887-8583 within 10 business days and once I made payment to fax a copy of the receipt to 1-501-621-1996.

Upon receipt of that I will receive another Bank Draft for $115, 080.00 by Fed Ex or UPS withing 48hrs

Needless to say, I came on line to research this before I did anything.
