Blackhead gun
Sent wrong item-unable to contact

I ordered a blackhead gun from this company and when I received the package, it was the wrong item and I have tried to contact them via e-mail which came back undeliverable, by phone, which just rang and rang then went busy, and via fax, which it never went through.
