Extra charges to my account not authorized Ontario

I clicked on a link that was on myspace for weight loss and purchased this tea.
they charged me for the shipping and handling. they then charged me seperatley for a program that they say I agreed to. I did not. They are going to charge my account for this program repeatedly if I don't send them back this tea.
