I initially saw the ad on the internet for the opportunity to try the tea product free for only $6.95 shipping. However, when the product arrived there is paperwork included that says you will be billed $37.00 after 14 days!
After opening and reading this I contacted Wu-Yi Source on their internet chat session stating that isn't what I understood and that I would be returning the product. The Representative Ralph stated that he had removed my name from the auto ship program and that I wouldn't be charged as long as I was returning the product.
I went to the Post Office on Monday Feb. 11, 2008 to mail the tea back.
I looked at my credit card statement on Feb. 28, 2008. I found on Feb. 20th I was charged the $37 plus a $1.11 conversion fee. I have been back on their site with them yesterday and they agreed to credit back $31.45 (as they are charging a 15% restocking fee for something I didn't even want). Now I just found a charge on my account for $19.95 that they applied yesterday and again without my knowledge!!
I have been printing out all of these online chat sessions plus going back and forth with them on email. I have contacted my credit card company and hopefully they will be able to stop the second charge before it goes through.
