Bad customer service, unprofessional, disorganized

My experience with this company was horrid. She did come through on the order but after 3 months of waiting and thinking I had been scammed... simple an issue of bad customer service.

Payment was processed within 48hrs, item was mailed 3 months later. No explanation ever given, no response to emails, phoned and was told it was in the mail just 2 weeks after payment... a total lie... the date stamped on the package was 2 and half months after I was told it was 'in the mail'.

Its obvious she carries little if any stock at all; has to order from elsewhere (hence the wait)... nothing wrong with that normally... but sheesh just a simple "sorry order is delayed" or 'backordered" email would have been nice..save us both allot of grief.

Save yourself the headache; buy elsewhere for cheaper
