On May 10 2004 I ordered 2 item from the book that was sent to my address. Ordered a Air Cushion With Lumbar Support $12.95.
The other item was a Portable Blood Pressure Monitor $59.95. My cheque was cashed on May 18 2004, two bank stamps on back 1 montreal bank, Montreal Quebec, also the Royal Bank Montreal Quebec. There is an account number also but that is probably closed. Very disappointed as this is the first time I ever ordered something from a catalog throught the mail service.
