After I had my baby, I knew I would need help losing the weight. I have had trouble losing weight all of my life.
I saw Zymax in a magazine and decided to try it. I mailed the check October 13, 2002. It was cashed on October 28, 2003. I never received the product.
I have called several times, I have left messages, I have faxed the front and back of the check.
It is now May 30, 2003 and I still have not received my refund for my $84.70. I also have not received the Zymax.
This company uses phone numbers for their billing. It does not seem to matter to them that I have had my phone number for three years. The person who had it before me ordered from them. Apparently, they sent my Zymax to her.
I have explained to them that my name and address were on the order form. My name and address were on the check that THEY cashed. I have gotten nowhere. Who knows, maybe the girl that had my number over three years ago got my refund, too.
