Sadly, I fell victim too. We all wish an easy solution to the difficult problem of weight loss. I used this product for a month and did not loose a single pound. I did feel a bit more alert during the day and an occasional "rush" or feeling of nervousness. I decided to return the product but didn't have the phone number anymore. I looked for it on the internet and found all these complaints. My heart sank when I read them and saw the multipe listings for addresses: Beverly Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Las Vegas, Vancouver. If a company is legitamate, why wouldn't it have a single address and a return lable for dissatisfied customers to use. Where is the telephone number for questions? Well, I've be had. I'm not even going to try to return my three months supply. Fortunately I did not buy the on-going supply. I urge those that did to contact their credit card companies and put a stop on the charges and issue a fraud claim. Please don't believe the rebuttals. They must be Zymax employees paid a good sum to make these statements.
