Approximately 8 months ago I received a phone call from MedPlan about supplemental health insurance. They debited $349.00 from my checking accout. There was a 30 money back guarantee. That was 8 months ago and despite numerous phone calls to find out where my money is not only am I out 349 dollars but I don't even have the insurance (since it was cancelled well within the 30 day trial period).
The best excuse they can come up with is that they go through a 3rd party billing service and they have been having problems with them. The Bitch of the deal is it only took them 3 days to get the money from my account but it as of now has taken over 7 months.
