I was asked by the Nutralogy to participate a risk free trial for their product named Altawhite on Nov. 14, 2009. Before I received their product, I found out my VISA was charged for $120 US. I called the company (204-928-9003) to find out why?
What I was told is that the free trial is for 14 days. If I did not call them within 14 days starting from Nov. 14, 2009 to cancell the trial they will assume that I am satisfied with their product and automatically charge me for $120 US as the membership fee. I told them I have not received my free trial matterial yet and how I could call them back to cancell the ordedr? They said it was too bad because in their term and conditions, you had to call to remove your name or you would be charged and there is no refound at all.
This is a cheating. First when I was asked for the risk free trial there was no any conditions. The second, without any test material was sent, how I can tell if am satisfied with the product or not?
I know I am not alone. Thousands and thousand others were cheated by the Nutralogy. Just wish there is a law that can prevent the Nutralogy or Altawhite from doing so.
