AFTER READING THE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS FROM CONSUMERS ABOUT MAYTAG APPLIANCE, S, I CAN NOW UNDERSTAND WHY I GOT ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE WHEN I CALLED THEIR CONSUMER AFFAIRS. WE SPENT GOOD MONEY ON A SO CALLED QUALITY LINE OF PRODUCTS. WELL HERE WE ARE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, 8 MONTH OLD REFRIGERATOR, BOTTOM FREEZER, TOTALLY CRAPPED OUT. THEY ARE TELLING US THEY HAVE TO ORDER PARTS, THAT COULD TAKE UP TO 4 TO 6 WEEKS. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. ADD INSULT TO INJURY WE ALSO THREW OUT ABOUT $ 200.00 WORTH OF FOOD. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIECE OF THIS SO CALLED QUALITY JUNK AGAIN!!! AS FAR AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT STINKS, THEY ARE IGNORANT, AND DON, T CARE, BECAUSE THEY ALREADY GOT YOUR MONEY. SO BUYER BEWARE.
