I have a cell phone from them ive had it since april 07 and had problems with it since the keep saying they resovle the problem but it still isnt working it my web browser and they said they can give me a differnt phone cause its been 30 days but they want there payment. i dont think i should have to pay for some thing dont work and i ve called them a hundred times and sent them emails they wont fix the problem .just in case you might need my cell #(((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) im just wonddring what i should do about this matter.
ive even tryed to take it back to one of there store they wouldnt exchange it im on a three year contract this telus is not doing there job please get back to me on this sooon
