I purchased a m94 player 8 months ago from canadian tire in British Columbia Canada and used it twice only to have it stop working completly so I contacted coby and they said to send it back with a money order for 8 us dollers so I did it cost me 5 dollars just to get the money order and about 11 once the exchange was done I sent it in and after about two months and not seeing anything I decided to email them well i never heard back once after about 10 emails and another month so I called and she said it was sent last week that was two months ago now no one will return my calls or emails I think it is a scam and fraud in total it has cost me over one hundred dollars I am furious
