I bought a under the counter Curtis radio/ CD player. I did not put up for 6 days. Then I discoverd the CD player did not work. I took it back figuring they would exchange as it was a very short time.They would not .Said the warranty was a manfacturer one so had to go back to the manufacturer.I called Curtis International and they said they would send me a new one but I had to pay postage.
The postage to send it back was going to be around $13.00 plus they wanted me to send them a check for $7.00 for the return postage.The cost of the radio at XS Cargo was $17.77.I do not think this is right and feel I should warn other people.I am now stuck with a useless product. Dosn't make sense to put out anymore money.I feel they should have just replaced it.I will not shop at a store that is so uncaring of it's customer's. I have also told all my friends about this and they all agree that XS Cargo is wrong.
