Iphone hot ticket

I order 2 iphones, paid with PayPal and never got my items. I had few times conversation with Hostan over the phone, every time he was saying: its coming don't worry. Now I can't reach the guy. He was saying normally we get everything in 5 days but the iPhone is a hot ticket, that's why we tell our client if we don't have it we will refund to them! But we have it for your order just that it took more than 7 days! We have even increased the price of it the market is crazy! It happened over 6 month ago.
