Ripoff thieves deceptive company

I purchased programing for 3 direct tv satellite cards. SIGNALTECH guarantees to reprogram the cards for free if they stop working. The first time this happened they re programmed and returned my card without a problem.
On November 27, 2001 I sent my 3 cards back, certified mail, to be re programmed. The company has not sent them back to me. Every time I call they tell me they are in the mail.
After not having any luck on my own, I filed a complaint with the BBB, Now when I call signaltech they just hang up on me.
