Is a ripoff, promised 2 credit cards but never got them

199.00 dollars deducted from my checking account May 22, 2002. No credit cards ever received, called several times, no supervisor ever returned my calls, always told that my Mastercard would be mailed on Monday Priority Mail, that is every Monday since May. I cancelled my vacation that I have not had in 5 years because these cards were going to be my pay source. I hate them. When you call you always get the runaround or they hang up.
