Sent me a real like fake check to be deposited into my bank and send them part of it

This company sent me fake check to be deposited in my account and were to send them 2985.00 dollars to cover the tax amount on the supposely prize money that i had already won. which like a fool i almost did . but knowly i never won anything in my life. i decided to ask a bank consultant to check into this for me and came up with one biggest cross-border scams in america. i want to together with class action suite of some sort and sue the hell of the mother&-ers. because i'm sure theyve scam a lot of other people.
