Gary Fraser of 326 Catharine Street, Port Colbourne, Ontario, Canada L3K 4L4 (his house is for sale) has been running scams for the past several years. Playing the role of a wealthy investor he offers people the opportunity to get involved under him to have access to great investments. The problem is that he does not own anything. Some of the investments that he has sold include Estate Gold Coin deals, a product called Vitara (female viagara equal), a rubber recycling business and land development deals all over the place.
He needs to be stopped. He has taken money from his parents, family, friends and other unsuspecting people totaling somewhere in the neighbourhood of 1.2-1.6 million dollars.
Gary Fraser is married with 4 children. His latest con/scam that occured within the last few months included being engaged to a young woman from Niagara Falls Ontario and trying to convince her father to invest in several products that he "owned". Fortunately, the father did not invest.
After being conned out of several tens of thousands of dollars (yes the police are involved) I want all to know what this person is up to. I have had him investigated in every possible way... he has no money anywhere, his house is mortgaged to the max, his car an Ford Excursion was recently repossesed and he has judements against him from the government for outstanding fines.
