They sold me a life time membership but refuse to give me service

I purchased a life time membership they stated it 1 time charge with no further charges ever. but they forgot to tell me how short a lifetime is.
i have sent them e-mails but I have yet to recive a answer.
there web site is up and running but now you need a user name and password. I am still waiting for that information!! do not buy from these people!! if they can't return your e-mail how legit are they. if they had any problems with my account why can't they contact me. they just took my money thru clickbank/keynetics and don't supply a service.
