The check looked real it was a Washington Mutual Bank check. I was very sceptical of this so before contacting Racheal, I goolized the Lotto name and found that this was a scam. I did contact this agent and spoke to her as if I was not aware of the.
She first asked me for the claims no. on the top left hand of the notice. Then she read me the instuctions what seemed as if she was reading from a script. After her trusting sounding message, I then asked her how does she feel, lying to innocent citizens, that fall in the hands of crooks like her, she then hang up the phone.
