We received a letter and bank cheque (us3600) informing my wife she had won a lottery prize drawn in Zurich Switzerland 14th Nov.2007 for the amount of us$85.000.00 We have until the 18th Dec. 2007 to reply and claim our prize or forfeit it.
The person we are to contact is RACHEL EVANS (phone no. and address above).
The us$3600 is to be remitted back to her for international clearance fees, sponsor's commission, plus Tax, after we contact her for further instructions!!!
The letter looks authentic but could have been printed on any computer and is signed in blue ink by a JOAN ILAN (prize director).
The letterhead is WORLD WIDE LOTTO PROMOTIONS.
The cheque looks authentic too and is made out to my wife. However it is spelt
"Cashiers CHECK"!!
