Alcan Financial Services sent a letter about unclaimed prize money in the amount of $17975, stating that particpants were selected throug a reader's digest, publisher's clearing house data base... Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North and South America, South Africa and Asia as part of an International Promptions Program (IPP).
They state that International Law ensures that a winner pays a processing fee before the funds are released. The processing fee is $910.00 and the check sent to me is $975.00 USD.
The remaining $17k funds are now deposited with Alcan Financial Services and insured in my name. I will be advised by a claims agent on how the processing fee will be sent and the balance of $17, 000 will be sent to me via a courier company of choice after the processing fee payment is confirmed.
Claims agent is Mr. Jones Makail at 1-204-951-0696.
The letter is signed by AUdrey Kennedy, Director Claims & Credit Control.
