The Company Sent a phony check ripoff

I am a victim of this fraud:

I was searching on the internet for secret shopper opportunities when I was contacted by a Denise Smith. The address on the letter was 87 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B2 and the Phone# 12048874816.

What is happening now is that the check was deposited in my sister's account and now she is being held responsible for 3660.00 Her bank is Whitney Bank in Gonzales, LA. Please help!!!

"Secret Shopper" Letter Please be aware that bank customers in Massachusetts are receiving letters from a Canadian firm informing them that they have been "selected" to represent the company in their region
as a "secret shopper." A counterfeit cashier's check drawn on a local bank in the amount of $3, 000 - $4, 000 accompanies the letter. The letter instructs you to go to Wal-Mart to test their Moneygram services. The
money is to be sent to Canada in a compressed time frame. The company claims to pay the customer $175 per hour for their time. The letter also has several high-profile company logos on the bottom. The purpose of
testing Wal-Mart's Moneygram service is that it wires the funds in a similar fashion as Western Union. Once the money is sent and the check is returned as fraudulent, the customer is completely liable for the
amount of money wired.
