Ripoff send a letter and asking $ 21.95. As soon as they recive this amount they will send me a cheque of $ 728.577

I never write to this company. They send me a letter declaring that, I was the winner of: cash prize winner disposition papers" and win $ 728.577.00. I will receive the mony by chaque as soon they recive from me $ 19.95 for enclose the processing fee and $ 2.00 for postage and handling (toyal $ 21.95). I do not belive that it is true. It is impossible to win that amount if I send this small amount.
Would you please find out the real "rip-off"?
